With funding from The Heckscher Foundation for Children, SVS engaged Philliber Research Associates, one of the top youth development research organizations in the country, to study what happens to SVS youth after they age out of the foster care system. The results were dramatically positive, showing that SVS American Dream graduates out-performed both other children of foster care and a random sample of American youth across a wide range of criteria.
